2028 Election: I will create more millionaires in Ghana – Adutwum

Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, a New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful for the 2028 presidential election, says his future administration will focus on producing more millionaires in Ghana.

The Bosomtwe MP believes empowering individuals to attain millionaire status will significantly contribute to national development.

Speaking on Kumasi-based OTEC 102.9 FM’s “Dwabrem” show, hosted by Nii Ardey Prince (popularly known as Dr. Cash) on Friday, June 20, 2025, Dr. Adutwum highlighted that his government would also work to improve public sector salaries.

He expressed worry that past governments have concentrated on taxing businesses without offering the support needed for them to flourish.

According to him, his leadership would ensure businesses are given the right environment to grow before introducing taxation.

He believes this strategy will help create a wealthier and more prosperous Ghana.
