APPLY NOW: GES opens applications for confirmation and promotion to Senior Superintendent I

The Ghana Education Service (GES), through the Asutifi South District Education Directorate, has officially opened applications for confirmation and promotion to the rank of Senior Superintendent I. This opportunity is for eligible GES staff who meet the necessary requirements.

In a circular dated 9th June 2025, the Directorate stated that applicants seeking promotion must have attained the rank of Senior Superintendent II on or before 2021. For confirmation, applicants must have been appointed into the GES on or before 2024.

Interested candidates are required to submit written applications to the District Directorate, along with two copies each of the following documents:

• First Appointment Letter

• Last Promotion Letter (if any)

• Confirmation Letter

• Highest Professional Certificate

• Current Payslip

• Memo from Headteacher and SISO

All applications must be submitted to the HRMD Unit of the District Education Directorate by Friday, 27th June 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The notice, signed by District Director James Frimpong-Manso, has been sent to all SISO’s and Headteachers within the district to ensure that all qualified personnel are informed and able to apply.
