Avoid ‘Doggy Style’ to prevent stroke – Doctor warns

Dr. Aki Philips, head of Anidaso Herbal, has shared important health advice concerning lovemaking habits, especially for men.

In a recent interview, Dr. Philips warned that certain sexual positions may pose serious health risks. He specifically cautioned men against the doggy-style position, saying it could increase the chances of suffering a stroke.

“Men should consider changing their sexual positions, especially the doggy style, as it puts them at higher risk of suffering a stroke,” he said, advising them to choose safer options.

He also raised concerns about the cowgirl position, where the woman is on top. According to him, this position puts too much pressure on the man’s prostate, which could lead to health problems over time.

“The cowgirl position can be harmful because the significant weight and pressure on the prostate could lead to serious health issues,” he explained.

Dr. Philips stressed the need for men to be more mindful of these risks to prevent long-term complications.

He ended with a positive note, recommending regular sexual activity to boost men’s health. “It is advisable for men to have sex at least 24 times a month to enhance their well-being,” he said.
