Chop bar owner busted for serving dead vultures as chicken meat

A popular Abuja restaurant owner, known for selling “jumbo-sized chicken thighs,” has been exposed in a shocking food scandal.

He was reportedly caught serving vulture meat to unsuspecting customers while claiming it was chicken.

According to eyewitnesses, the man was on his way to his restaurant with sacks supposedly containing chicken. However, residents became suspicious because the birds appeared unusually large and looked nothing like regular chickens.

When the sacks were opened, they were stunned to find dead vultures instead of the advertised chicken.

“People travel from far just to eat at this man’s place. Who knew we’ve been eating vultures all this time?” one person wrote under a viral photo.
