The New Force led by Freedom Jacob Caesar is prematurely celebrating after winning an online poll about the 2024 elections.
GhOne TV conducted a poll across their entire social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) pitting the four main political forces expected to contest the 2024 elections.
Followers were asked who they would vote for in the 2024 elections between these choices – the NPP led by Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the NDC led by former President John Dramani Mahama, the New Force led by Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar and the Movement for Change led by Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten.
The vote turned out to be incredibly closer than anyone thought as the New Force won out with 39.82% of the vote.
Following the New Force was the NDC with 39.19%, the NPP with 12.99% and Alan Cash with 8%.
The vote totals were shared by Cheddar who wrote: “Thank you Ghana. #TheNewForce,”
However, social media users advised him to forget feeling good about what’s happening on social media and get into the real world to garner support.
