Ghanaian big men can’t get enough of me – Adwoa Smart

Ghanaian actress Adwoa Smart, born Belinda Naa Ode Oku, recently opened up about her love life in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo midmorning show.

She revealed that she is currently not in a relationship, stating, “Dating is not part of my plans at all for this moment.”

According to Adwoa, being in a relationship is not a priority for her right now, as she believes it’s important to focus on more pressing life issues before considering romance.

“You only engage in some of these things when you have sorted out some critical things in your life,” she shared.

She clarified that while she’s not a virgin, she is also not promiscuous.

“My mind is on more important things,” she said, explaining that she prefers to avoid the pressure and emotional stress that can come with relationships.

Adwoa also expressed her displeasure with the current state of modern relationships, adding, “You’d get into a relationship only to find out your partner is married or with someone else. Due to this, I don’t like these things.”

When asked whether she receives attention from potential suitors, she smiled and said she does, “thanks to God’s grace.”

She acknowledged that many of the men who approach her are “wonderful individuals,” but for now, she has turned down their proposals.

“In God’s own time, I will give someone a chance,” she said with optimism.

Though she has never been married, Adwoa noted that she has experienced motherhood and fondly recalled her earlier years.
