HOT VIDEO: Ablakwa in hot waters over tidal waves crisis
Energy policy analyst Emmanuel Senyo Amekplenu has criticised Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, over his silence on the tidal wave issues affecting the Volta Region.
In a video shared on JoyPrime’s X page, Amekplenu questioned why Ablakwa, who once actively campaigned on the matter against the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has now gone quiet.
He accused the minister of deceiving voters just to gain political power.
“Ablakwa told Akufo-Addo to prioritise local problems. But now he’s quiet on the Ketu South tidal waves because he lied his way into office. The current crisis is exposing the NDC’s double standards,” Amekplenu said.
He also criticised the NDC as a whole, challenging the party to address the same issue they once used against the NPP during their time in opposition.
