I started my business with 2 Cedis 40 pesewas – CEO of St. Philip Enterprise
The Chief Executive Officer of St. Philip Enterprise, Philip Danquah, has shared a remarkable story about how he started his successful business journey with just GHS 2.40.
In an interview with Afia Amankwah Tamakloe on Adom TV, the now well-established entrepreneur opened up about his humble beginnings and how he turned a small amount of money into a thriving business.
During the interview, Philip Danquah confidently described himself as one of the successful businessmen in Ghana today. He said that although things were tough in the beginning, he held on to hope and worked hard with the little he had.
When Afia Amankwah asked about the capital he used to begin his business, Mr. Danquah revealed, “I started with only two Ghana cedis and forty pesewas.”
His story has since inspired many, especially young entrepreneurs who believe they need huge capital to start a business. Danquah’s experience is a reminder that with determination, discipline, and vision, great success can come from very small beginnings.
