‘I’m supporting NPP to be in parliament – Kwadwo Sheldon
Ghanaian YouTuber and content creator Bernard Kwadwo Amoafo, widely known as Kwadwo Sheldon, has defended his public support for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He stated that there is nothing wrong or illegal about supporting a political party of one’s choice.
“I support the NPP. I haven’t killed anyone, and it’s not against the Constitution,” Sheldon said.
The CEO of Kwadwo Sheldon Studios made these remarks in response to criticism over his political views during an interaction at the Eid al-Adha celebration on Saturday, June 7.
He explained that his decision to back the NPP comes from personal conviction and ambition—not for personal benefits.
“I am not following a political party because I want to eat jollof. I have a bigger ambition. Maybe in the next few years, you will see me in Parliament,” he added, hinting at his future political aspirations.
Kwadwo Sheldon also shared his belief that former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is destined to become president.
“A Dr. Bawumia presidency is inevitable; it is going to happen no matter the impediments. We are going to work hard and dedicate all our resources to support him because we believe in his vision,” he stated.
