A young Ghanaian man by the name of Godwin Nii Darko has killed his ex-girlfriend, Felicia Abena Oparebea in Koforidua after stabbing her many times.
According to reports, the young man killed his ex-girlfriend because she broke up with him. The incident is said to have happened in the afternoon on Saturday, 17th June 2023 in Koforidua.
Reports indicated that Felicia Abena Oparebea decided to call it quit on her relationship with Godwin because he was abusing her.
A report by UTVGhana indicates that Godwin Nii Darko went to Koforidua Trom Junction 5 to talk to his ex-girlfriend, Felicia Abena Oparebea after they had broken.
After the conversation, the former lovers went to the house of the deceased, Felicia Abena Oparebea, where Godwin killed her. The young man later went to Suhum to report himself to a chief after committing such a heinous crime.
Godwin Nii Darko was later arrested by the Police after the Suhum chief reported him to the police.
