Morocco referee El Fariq Hamza to officiate Uganda vs Ghana friendly on Tuesday

Referee El Fariq Hamza from Morocco will take charge of the friendly match between Uganda and Ghana.

The international friendly match will be played on Tuesday, March 27.

In a communique on the Ghana FA website, it said the game would be handled by El Fariq Hamza.

“El Fariq Hamza from Morocco has been appointed as referee for the FIFA international friendly between Uganda and Ghana on Tuesday.

“The 34-year old who is rated among the best in Morocco is a listed international referee for the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and FIFA. Hamza is one of the top referees in the Morocco Premier League- otherwise known as Botola Pro.

“He will be assisted by compatriots Brinsi Zakaria (Assistant I), Ennouajeli Ihssane (Assistant II) and Elmoutamanni Tarik (Fourth Official),” the Ghana FA statement said.

The match between Uganda and Ghana will be played at Grande de Stade Marrakech on Tuesday.

The game will kick off at 16:00gmt.
