There is nothing peaceful about President John Mahama – PK Sarpong writes
Mr President, you can’t deceive us any longer with these your peculiarly sardonic, grandiloquent and sententious but rather populist style of speaking in your attempt to get us to swallow your words hook, line and sinker.
There is nothing peaceful about you, Mr President. You preach peace but send your hirelings out there to heap venom on innocent Ghanaians.
You have hired and continue to pay Kevin Taylor to insult Otumfuor Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene, President Akufo-Addo, Dr. Bawumia and all those who do not align with you politically.
You have been urging Captain Smart to be insulting Akufo-Addo, Bawumia and the other bigwigs in the NPP. You won elections based upon such attacks from these surrogates, and you are saying what today?
The bridge bequeathed to you by your predecessor has been destroyed by you and your party members. How do you destroy the bridge but turn around to ask us to help build bridges?
In your eyes, NDC members are more important than the rest of us. If you truly see all of us as one people, would you have tasked your Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, to order CEOs and MDs to sack innocent people employed into various agencies and departments so as to replace them with NDC members?
You have set your eyes upon Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo by removing her from office over absolutely nothing so that you would replace her with Paul Baffoe-Bonnie.
For someone who is preaching national cohesion and unity, it is strange that he has sidestepped two judges vetted by Parliament awaiting approval and nominated 7 others who have since been vetted and approved.
President John Dramani Mahama, you dwell in one world, your words live in another. This is not the mark of a good leader. You don’t exhibit compassion, you hardly practice it, Sir. Your Christlike words do not commensurate with your actions. You are nothing but a dictator draped in the attire of democracy!
