Video of Nana Agradaa twerking after Sunday church service causes stir
A viral video of Evangelist Patricia Asiedu, popularly known as Nana Agradaa or ‘Woman Power,’ has sparked outrage among Ghanaians and members of the Christian community.
In the video, the founder of Heaven Way International Ministry is seen twerking joyfully to a gospel song. Dressed in a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and wearing her usual heavy makeup, Agradaa confidently danced and filmed herself while the gospel music played in the background.
What some may have seen as lighthearted has instead drawn sharp criticism online. Many netizens believe her actions mock the sanctity of gospel music and the Christian faith.
Critics say her behaviour undermines the true purpose of gospel music, which is to promote reverence and worship, not entertainment through provocative dancing.
“This is a new low. How can a supposed woman of God behave like this and still lead a church?” one social media user asked.
