Watch as Amerado opens up on his love for toffee and his manhood
Ghanaian rapper and singer Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, popularly known as Amerado, has been getting attention lately for his habit of constantly chewing toffees.
The multi-talented artiste is now rarely seen without a toffee in his mouth, whether he’s doing interviews, making public appearances, or hanging out casually. Fans and media personalities have even started calling it his “new trademark.”
During an appearance on Okay FM’s Ekwanso Dwoodwoo with host Nana Romeo, Amerado was asked if his regular toffee chewing affects his manhood or bedroom performance.
Responding with humour, he said, “I don’t use it for anything o… it’s just there like that, so if it will die koraa, it should die,” causing laughter in the studio.
When asked if he planned to reduce how often he chews toffee, he replied without hesitation: “As for the toffee, I won’t stop anytime soon.”
Amerado also used the opportunity to make a playful comment about modern relationships, saying, “These days the way women dey demand too much just because of what God give them down there, I just dey mind my business.”
