(Video): “I want to get on there and help them” – Former winger on Chelsea’s inexperienced young group

Joe Cole sees everything in such a positive way. In his promotional video for Soccer Aid, he wouldn’t even pick out a celebrity who had disappointed him in the games in the past.

When it came to questions about Chelsea, he had a similarly rosy outlook. He insists that it’s just a little more experience that this group needs, and he had some interesting suggestions of what he would do to bring it were he put in charge.

He backs Mauricio Pochettino, saying he’s done a “great job” and adds that when he’s watching from the stands he’s itching to be out on the field himself.

“I want to get on there and help them,” he admitted.
