Cyber Crime Unit ordered to arrest Serwaa Amihere

Renowned lawyer Maurice Ampaw has called on the Cyber Crime Unit to investigate television presenter, Serwaa Amihere over her recent leaked nude video.

Mr Ampaw contends that Serwaa Amihere should face legal repercussions for allegedly filming herself in the nude, labeling it a breach of cyber laws.

The lawyer expressed bewilderment over the incident, questioning how someone in Serwaa’s position could allow themselves to be recorded in such a compromising manner.

He emphasized the need for accountability, asserting that individuals who engage in such behavior should not evade responsibility.

Mr Ampaw further criticized her public image, accusing her of misrepresenting her success and financial status.

He alleged that she falsely portrays herself as a self-made individual while she implores her  wealth through less honorable means.

“Serwaa Amihere should have been apprehended by the Cyber Crime Unit by now. How could she film herself nude? She should be held accountable for permitting such actions. Despite portraying herself as a motivational speaker, influencer, and brand ambassador, she deceives people into believing she attained wealth through hard work, which is untrue. If she wishes to engage in prostitution, she should do so openly instead of using other pursuits as a guise,” he added.

Last week, a video depicting Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz in an intimate setting circulated online, sparking widespread criticism. While many blamed Serwaa for the leaked video, Henry Fitz denied any involvement in its dissemination, countering allegations made by certain media outlets.
