Nollywood is a gold mine today and there are loads of reasons the industry is so, one of them being its renown around the world.
Critics may think of this differently, with some expressing different views that the structure is lacking in major areas.
But generally speaking, the African society has been shaped by the Nigerian entertainment industry, particularly Nollywood. T
ens of thousands of jobs have been created in the sector. More and more people are opening up to the potentials of the entertainment sector, its million dollar opportunities and whatnot.
It’s been interesting. What is even more interesting is that in about two decades or more of Nollywood’s existence, several names have stood out because of their sheer creativity and unique styles.
And we love them for this. These actors have been creative and consistent and driven, helping the industry notch up several bars higher by the year.
And one of such creative actors is John Okafor aka Mr Ibu. Okafor is one of Nigeria’s most creative, hilarious actors in a long while.
His outlook in itself is worrying, positively worrying, given he has what it takes to crack you up even before speaking.
