Netizens are currently sharply divided about a recent annoucement made by Ghanaian media personality, Afua Asantewaa Aduonum.
The revelation by the Guinness World Records caused a frenzy on social media as many people thought Asantewaa was not honest with Ghanaians with the results of her attempt.
In a tweet, Afua said the tour is to show appreciation to countries which supported her in her Guinness World Record attempt noting that she will begin the tour with Toronto, Canada.

While some people feel she deserves to go on a tour to show appreciation to those who supported her even though her attempt was unsuccessful, many others argue that this is very needless and that Afua Asantewaa and her husband are just riding on the buzz around their name now for money.
