Chelsea – Man City FA Cup semi final details announced – and they seem to give Blues the edge

The date and time of Chelsea’s FA Cup semifinal against Man City has been set.

The Blues will head to Wembley in little under a month to face the Citizens in a Saturday late afternoon kick-off on the 20th of April.

Man City face Real Madrid on the Tuesday of that week in what is set to be their biggest game of the season. As it stands we have no game that midweek, which should give us a huge edge, especially if that Real Madrid game goes to extra time, which is what all Blues fans will be praying for if they’re watching.

City are heavy favourites, but we’ve done well in our games against the big teams this season, and can only hope we can raise ourselves to that level one more time. It’s likely to be the last really meaningful game of our season, unless we’ve surged up the league into contention for Europe again by then.
