A club president has admitted that he speaks to a Chelsea player almost every week and has a dream to sign him this summer.
Chelsea will have plenty of players that might be up for sale at the end of the season, but this particular player wont be one of them.

That isn’t because he wont be leaving the club, but that is because his contract is running down and he will become a free agent in the summer.
We are of course speaking about centre back Thiago Silva, who looks almost certain to be leaving Chelsea as a free agent when his contract is up this June.
But where will he go next? There is always talk of a return to Brazil in the shape of Fluminense, and they would certainly love to sign him up for one last swansong before he retires from football completely.
Fred, who is the Fluminense sporting director, has recently said: “Thiago Silva has been a dream of ours for a long time, the president [Mario Bittencourt] talks to him almost every week. Thiago has a contract in England. We’re rooting for him. I personally am a friend of his, I’m a big fan of his character, he deserves all the best. He knows here that the doors are wide open for him to return. There is nothing [imminent].”
