Maame Akua Donkor, the founder, and leader of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) has made a damning allegation against the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
According to the flagbearer of GFP and a known sympathizer of Former President John Mahama and the NDC Party, she fears for her life as the president has sent his killers after her on several occasions because she is vocal and speaks about the ills of his government.
Maame Akua Donkor went on to explain to the media that it’s by luck that she is still alive.
“ON COUNTLESS OCCASIONS, AKUFO-ADDO HAS SENT HIS ASSASSINS TO MY HOUSE TO KILL ME. I DON’T KNOW WHAT I HAVE DONE TO HIM THAT HE WANTS TO KILL ME. I FEAR FOR MY LIFE IN THIS COUNTRY. AKUFO-ADDO WANTS ME DEAD. I NEED HELP” MADAM AKUA DONKOR SAID.
Touching on the death of Major Maxwell Mahama, the GFP founder insisted it was President Akufo-Addo who arranged to have the young soldier killed.
“THE DEATH OF MAXWELL MAHAMA SHOULD BE BLAMED ON AKUFO-ADDO. HE KILLED THE YOUNG MAN. HE SENT HIM THERE AND HE TOLD HIS DCE AND OTHER GOVERNMENT PEOPLE TO KILL HIM AND THEY KILLED HIM.”
Akua Donkor concluded by challenging the President to prove his innocence by taking her to court. If he refuses to do that, she will take him to court for killing the young promising soldier
