A 33-year-old lady is being held by the the Police after she is accused of squeezing her landlord’s testicles following an argument about an electrical bill.
The police chief explained that the complainant said there was a conflict between his renter and his brother about the payment of the electricity bill.
After collapsing, the landowner was brought to the hospital unconscious, where he was attending.
