Mohammed Kudus scored twice in the dramatic match, leading the English Premier League club to a 5-0 triumph over the Germans.
The 23-year-old has five goals in five Europa League outings this season.
Kudus finished the campaign with a rating of 7.57, outperforming all other players who competed this season.
He has earned the title of Europa League Player of the Season.
