All Colleges of Education ordered to break for Easter

The National Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education-Ghana (PRINCOF) has issued a directive instructing all colleges of Education in Ghana to take a break for Easter.

In a statement released on March 22, 2024, PRINCOF announced the dates for the break.

According to the statement, all Principals, students, and college communities have been informed that the Easter holidays will commence on Thursday, March 28, 2024, and end on Monday, April 1, 2024.

During this period, there will be no lectures and students are expected to leave the college campuses.

It is important to note that lectures will conclude on the evening of Wednesday, March 27, 2024, and will resume on the morning of Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

However, the statement acknowledged that some students may wish to stay on campus during the break.

In these cases, Principals have been urged to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate these students.

PRINCOF also took the opportunity to extend their well wishes for a joyous Easter celebration.

They emphasized the importance of reflecting on the death and resurrection of Christ during this significant religious holiday.
