Mahama have been addicted to drinking for more than 20 years, one of his organ is damage – Maurice Ampaw alleges

Renowned lawyer Maurice Ampaw gave a flashback about his first encounter with John Mahama and how he was mixing black label with coca cola and puffing out smoke at the same time in public.

“When he was minister of communication, he came to register general and I was also there. I saw him by his car with cigarette on his lips.  He took out black label and mixed it with coca cola. I was there watching him and he was minister of communication and he didn’t have Ghana in mind”, lawyer Ampaw narrated on Wontumi TV.

He continued that Mr. Mahama was then the deputy minister of Communication under the late former Jerry John Rawlings at the Registrar General’s department inn Accra.

“I saw Mahama smoking and drinking alcohol and this was 10 or 15 years ago”, he said.

Lawyer Ampaw continued that the drinking habit of Mr. Mahama has had an effect on his health.

“He has been drinking for more than 20 years so he is addicted now and it has brought damage to one of his organ. His face is swollen and has developed a protruded stomach signalling a dire health condition.”
