The State has taken on Henry Fitz and two others for conspiracy to commit crime.
The State has taken on Henry Amponsah popularly known as Henry Fitz and two other people for conspiracy to commit crime, namely non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
An official court document dated 8th April 2024 has been posted on the social media pages of Accra based GHOne TV.
The court document reads that on December 2023 the accused, Henry Fitz, Edem Savour Ketti and Candylove Kwakye Ababio did act together with a common purpose to commit crime namely non-consensual sharing of intimate images.
It went on they the accused distributed prohibited visual recording of Serwa Anihere without her consent.
